We finalised our contract terms for the new project and received a “Letter of Intent” from the project director. We’re currently waiting for the final administration steps to be completed so that InnovateUK (the funding body) can provide formal go-ahead
I’ve now got the accounts completed and sent to the accountant. More work to do helping the business owners to achieve a larger margin and gain better control of things financial. Watch this space….
